Our goal at kirpi.it/photo is to create and foster an educational community devoted to photography: we mean it as a network of people and resources dedicated to helping teach and learn photography. We encourage people to be sincere and responsive in their posts.
We acknowledge that reading the following terms of service might be time consuming and boring: for this reason we encourage you to follow the most basic Community Conversations principles at the very least.
Please be advised, though, that members who are not prepared to follow the terms and conditions for this site should not join the community or subscribe to its forum. Establishing an account or logging into the forum, or even just browsing the site itself implies your full agreement to abide by our terms and conditions.

Considering the real-time nature of this educational community, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. We do not actively monitor the contents of and are not responsible for any content posted.

We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any data posted by members. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this community or any entity associated with this community. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you. Moreover, you agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this community to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. In particular, nudity in images is openly permitted as long as it is not vulgar, disgusting or otherwise objectionable.

The postings are an informal communications channel, and we will have a very light touch moderation policy: we will not be reviewing all messages and images. Nevertheless, please remember that the site administrators have the final say over what is and what is not acceptable.

Although this community does not and cannot review the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we at this community reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason at all. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this community, kirpi.it (the site hosting this discussion pages), and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

As a general policy your identity is not revealed, your privacy is respected and so are all your personal data, unless you post them openly yourself. Mind, though, that we at this community also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you. We log all internet protocol addresses accessing this web site.

In case a user is removed, his/her posts will not be deleted: as a general rule contributions will be kept online and appear with an Anonymous signature. We retain the right to keep and display anything posted by users as part of the site indefinitely.
Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on this community.

We reserve the right to edit or delete any post or any thread, as well as to terminate any membership for any reason or no reason at all.
